Has anyone found any way to fast track a connection.
I've convinced a client to connect to tpg 400 because there had been an existing connection in their office in King st Melbourne. The fibre, modem etc is all there.
The sales team initially said it would be active on the 8/10. They now advise connection will be early November.
Is it normal for TPG to take a couple of months to reactive fibre to a building, and has anyone managed to find a way to speed this process up?
It's impossibe to keep things running on 4G wireless internet.
