Small Business NBN and NBN Fibre upgrade

I'm on the NBN Business XL Bundle Superfast plan since Static IP is important for my business and remote desktop use case. 

Would there be a free NBN Fibre upgrade for my existing NBN small business plan?  

I'm aware there's an "I want to upgrade to Fibre" option in "Change your Plan".
