I am submitting a request for the Ruby Institute - Account Number 2000048351.
We have a WiFi/Internet service provided by your Company at Suit 7.01, 250 Collins Street Melbourne
The building was closed late March by order of the building manager, (Knight Frank), so we have no access and hence no use for this service.
We request that the service be suspended and no further invoices issued as of 1st April 2020 until such time as we are permitted to access the building. We will prompty advise when this occurs.
For your reference the nominated person for billing is Cathy J Li (Director/CEO) and I am submitting this on her behalf.
