I live in an apartment building in Haig St Southbank in Victoria and I note there are buildings all around me that have TPG FTTB, but not ours.
Whats the story? What has to be done to get a TPG fibre into our building to our building? The conduit runs right past our front door.
NBN Co sucks and I want to dump them ASAP.
Hi @grahamrjohnson,
Welcome to the community
Please private message me your full address and some contact details to see what we can do in regards to TPG FTTB in the building.
Hi @grahamrjohnson,
I checked the TPG-FTTB availability on your given address unfortunately no luck. Our TPG FTTB service is available in selected FTTB enabled buildings only.
Since FTTB is not yet available at your location, we are giving you the option to put your name on the FTTB waiting list and we will contact you as soon as your location is FTTB ready. You may register your interest here
Note: Once you enter your full service address click on 'Join Our FTTB waitlist' to apply.
I've got a similar question.
We're around 2km from the Sydney CBD and won't be getting the NBN until the end of 2019 Meanwhile we're all stuck with around 10mbps ADSL, and no access to any HFC networks.
Every street around our building is covered in TPG pit covers, and the building across the road has TPG FTTB. What's the chance of it being installed?

Hi @Jacksonx,
Thanks for your enquiry about our fantastic TPG FTTB product.
Unfortunately at this point of time the address you have provided us is not serviceable for TPG FTTB.
The good news though is you can send an email to buildingupgrade@tpg.com.au ,add your address and contact details in the email.
The team will be in contact with you about next steps and any updates after you send the email.
Cheers
