I’m wondering what that mean my address can not apply adsl. I received a email that I don’t know why I can not apply internet at home. “ TPG is not able to proceed with your application at this time as this technical limitation is beyond our control.” should I do something?

I got the WiFi machine today. Could I have internet in my house? If could not whats solution? Last person who was living in same place he used tpg adsl as well. What’s “ This usually means that the copper lines in the street heading into your premises are all utilised“ meaning?
