Thanks so much for the new Modem - it is operating well in several ways.
Good fast cable connections - however the Wireless network is awful. It is so slow and and is unusable. Changing the channel on the modem only makes a difference for a little while. then is stops again. We need help.
We live in an apartment building and I am not sure if the problem is caused by some sort of interference.
