I have FTTB and the archer vr1600v modem all lights are working .

The internet light was down today and I was Instructed to reset my modem through the pin hole in the back.

After a few hours now I have the internet light back on but get the following message .

When I tried to configure the modem from
Tpg_acs@tpg_acs to my current password and username it does now say connected in the status .
I can’t remember the small step I was given when I first installed the modem years ago to fix the connection

I have now configured the modem . My problem was my login info in the TPLINK modem.
On the website i use my account number/password to login but the modem only takes Username/password

Hi @Cory

 

Are you still not able to connect to the internet?

If the status already says that it is connected, the internet should start working.

 

Are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

 

You may send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number if you still need assistance for us to check on this further.
