Hi. A TPG technician installed FTTB yesterday. I received an email afterwards to say I would be able to receive and make calls from my landline, however there is no dial tone and no-one can call me. I live in an apartment with little to no mobile reception, in a lockdown area (Melbourne). Please rectify the landline connection as soon as possible.
