slow speed of NBN Home Superfast

Hi, I have upgraded my plan from ADSL to Fibre Superfast, but my speed now is down from 90mbps to 73.2mbps, which is far lower than the 200mbps advertised.
How can I fix it?

Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I have tested both wired and Wifi speeds, both improved a little bit today, but still far lower than 200mbps. See these two images.
