Access Denied on some websites

Hello TPG

 

We are getting some Access Denied on some websites,

 

I see on other page they ask for a new IP when this happened,

How do i get a new IP address?

Hi @nixonoffice  ,please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and help get to the bottom of this.

I just spent an hour on the phone getting transfered to different departments as they thought i was a business customer but am small business and its the same as residential customers,

 

I also tried to explain to the operators about this issue was already on here but they didnt really understand that, 

they requested screen shots and send an email to nbnfaults@tpg.com.au

 

I will also send you the info so you can follow up
