Hi there

I understand my billing cycle ended 19 April 2020.

Until today I have no access to the internet. Can anyone investigate urgently?

I didn't know my message went to you.
My user name either my email address or only moriahd22. My account # 6214980.

On the 17/4 I was informed by email as well as SMS that I had exceeded my data quota and my speed would be be slow. However, it wasn't slow at all but I couldn't access the internet at all.

There is a billing issue.

You can log in with the new TPG APP, or visit your account online to update your details.
