What is the best way to add an authorised person to my account?

Hey @simrick77, there are a few ways you can add an authorised contact on your account.

 

Firstly, you might be able to get it sorted by logging in to My Account. If you head to this link and enter in your customer ID, you'll be able to see if that's an option for you: Update your contact details in My Account

 

You can also give us a call on 13 14 23, our team over the phone will be able to get it sorted 😊
