I have gone with another provider and I need to cancel my TPG account. I want to cancel my account. I am out of contract. I understand you need this in writing, please send me the details of what I need to do.
Please cancel my bundle as of tonight (nbn and mobile plan). Please ensure it is not auto charged to my credit card as my billing cycle is I believe from 7th of each month.
