Cancelation email received is misleading

the email received from cancelation team is misleading.

 

it suggests :

"

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your recent contact with TPG. We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your internet and/or home phone service.

To proceed with cancellation, submit your request online by logging in to TPG My Account at https://www.tpg.com.au/account and clicking Cancel Your Service.

"

 

Scenario:

i am trying to cancel my 5G home internet service

 

Problem:

 

There is no "Cancel Your Service" option available after logging in to account but the email received from TPG suggests this step.
