Why do you guys ask for some sensitive information in private messages? like DOB, Full Name, email address ? where information combined, can compromise person's identity. How do we know if the person asking for this information is legit, and how do we trust if the information is not going to be mishandled?

the email received from cancelation team is misleading. it suggests : " Dear Customer, Thank you for your recent contact with TPG. We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your internet and/or home phone service. To proceed with cancellation, submit your request online by logging in to TPG My Account at https://www.tpg.com.au/account and clicking Cancel Your Service. " Scenario: i am trying to cancel my 5G home internet service Problem: There is no "Cancel Your Service" option available after logging in to account but the email received from TPG suggests this step.

I am having the same experience with TPG. Contacted them multiple times via phone asking them to cancel my 5g home but no luck no actions from tpg.
