Cannot make international calls from home phone

Hi,
We need to make regular calls to overseas (Greece) and for the last week we have not been able to get through- have looked to make sure area code is correct etc- but no luck.
This is very frustrating as we have sick relatives overseas and cannot contact them. We urgently need this fixed and cannot get through to an operator.

Tap "Settings". Tap "Call". Tap "International Call Settings". Check whether or not the Outgoing international call lock feature has been enabled [This restricts International Call Sending] or if Incoming internal call lock has been enabled [This restrict International Call Reception].
