Hi TPG,

I am confused that you are charging me 2 Bills even though I have just one Active Connection.

I recently moved my home in Sep 2021, and I am still being charged for both old and new address.

How is this possible? Could you please provide an explantion and refund me as soon as possible?

Best regards,

Florian
