While I applaud TPG's actions in allowing their support workers to work from home, and am prepared to wait patiently for chat support, it is worth noting that every time the chat support worker cannot answer your question and offers to transfer the chat, the transfer is unsuccessful. The caller is instructed to stay online, but 30-40 mins later the chat is terminated from TPG's end.
