DSL issues

I having an issue with the DSL connection. I haven’t been able to receive internet since this afternoon and have tried to contact TPG line and they said that they were not able to detect my line. Due to DSL issue. they said they have to call in someone to come investigate the line and that they’ll send me an email but I haven’t received the email. Has this happened to anyone and how long does it take for it to be fixed?

If your DSL had dropped, so will your email, except to a smartphone if you have it set up.
