I have been using FTTB service for months without any issues. But recently I am getting constant dropout. There's no issue connecting to the modem. but the modem's internet status become 'disconnected' every 10 minutes with this error message: PPP connection failed. Please contact your Internet service provider to confirm if your line is in good condition. If the problem still exists, please contact TP-Link technical support for further help. After a while, it will connect again. This has been happening for 3-4 days. It even dropped out twice while I'm writing this post. It's really annoying.
