How to cancel Home Phone Service while keeping NBN plan

Hi Team, I no longer need the home phone and would like to stop paying the extra $10 per month for something I don't use. I haven't been able to find a way to cancel just this add on service.

Hi @jmbysl . You can't cancel just the phone service. They can change you to $0 per month PAYG phone plan. You can receive calls. 000 and 1800 numbers are free. You need to make a prepayment to make other calls. If you don't want to use phone at all, just unplug it.
