Hi, just wondering when my internet will be up again?
it has been 2 days now since it has been down.
I have resetted my modem 3 times as well as a factory reset.
I have lodged a ticket (11734826) as well as calling TPG.
If someone can just contact me via ticket, initially I just wanted to know how long it will take until my internet is back up, but now, I just need to know why it's down, and if there is anything I can do from my end.
