My NBN has stopped working suddenly.
My account is up to date. I checked and there are no interruptions or outages in my area. I checked that everything is plugged in properly, etc. Nothing. My son needs the internet ASAP he is studying from home. I need it for work. I tried calling you and there is a voice message. Can someone contact me ASAP and assist me with this please.
