Get online support
My internet is constantly dropping out - particularly during the period 7.30 am to approx. 9 am - every day. Internet will run without problem, generally, from abt. 5.15 pm daily thru to 7.30 am and that is when problems occur. Drop outs are every few minutes and are usually for 1 to 2 minutes each. Most annoying. I have checked with my ISP and it appears all is normal. I have turned off modem and turned it back on. Have done same with Wi Fi. Have disconnected all cables and re-connected same. Is this a congestion problem? Is my router TD-VG3631 faulty? - unlikely as it is good for most of the day. Would it be due to NBN ? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Ron
As discussed you should contact your ISP for any line issues.
As you are not with TPG, we cannot lodge any faults to NBN on your behalf.
Your ISP will have to complete initial fault-finding with you and then if they think it necessary they will lodge a fault with NBN for your service.
Regards,
Peter
