The standard installation timeframe for an NBN service is within 2-30 working days. There are instances that a certain service can be remotely activated however if it is unsuccessful, there is a possibility that a tech visit is needed.
Based on your account, a Case Manager is assigned and has coordinated with NBN Co to chase the progress of the installation.
