Having been charged extra for the first time in 11 years of being with TPG I would like to know how to prevent this happening again. What do I do to set up some kind of warning to let me know I'm almost at my limit of calls/SMS. Or how do I work this out myself looking at my Account. All I see is a long long list and not a clear view of the charges.
