NBN Outrage 6th Day

Hi,
Our NBN has been offline for 6 days now, have called multiple times and it's still offline. My escalation ticket is 10247206. Is there an ETA on when it will come back online? and I'd also like to be reimbursed for the days it has been offline.

I'm sorry about the connection issue you've been experiencing. I can understand how frustrating it is not being able to get a working service. 

 

NBN Co advised of a network incident caused by a local power outage that is impacting HFC customers in the Oatley, NSW area. The power distributor has not advised of an ETR.
 
Network Engineers are monitoring the situation and once the power is restored, will test alarms and perform health checks on the network to confirm stability. 

 

Updates will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
