NBN not working since yesterday morning

I’m located in Noble Park VIC, joined tpg on 15/04/2020. NBN was working perfectly till yesterday’s morning but it stopped working by 8 AM. My husband is working from home and I am studying online my multiple assignments are due and there’s no internet!! Called on helpline whole day but no one answered! This sucks! Checked with other friends located in same area but they’ve no issues at all! Tried resetting the modem and troubleshooting but nothing worked!!! Poor customer service they’ve! I’ve lost a lot of money and time as well due to this outage!!!

Hi Sabeen 

 

There is currently an NBN Network outage effecting your service. This is unplanned and NBN personel are currently working at restoring the service.

This is effecting multiple people in your area who have an NBN HFC service.

I do not have an ETA on when this will be repaired but they are working on it.
