New NBN Connection

I keep receiving a message that says to set-up my modem. However, the modem is setup already, but I have no internet. TPG said that a technician would be out a week ago, but as far as I know, they never showed up. How do I get my NBN service activated?

Hi @Acecondito

Thanks for your query!

Let me have a look for you, and I will get back to you ASAP.

There is also a new ''TPG Mobile APP'' to help you with various trouble shooting and account issues, via a mobile phone app.

Hi @Acecondito

I can see your NBN-FTTC 12/1 order is progressing.
There is a self-install component to this.

You will need to unplug ALL existing phones and modem from your sockets, and setup the new NBN cpe.
Can you take note of what the 4x blue lights on the NCD are doing, ie 2x solid, 1x flashing etc.

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN FTTC here.

I have already done that. There are three blue lights.
1. Far right is solid blue
2. Next to that it's flashing blue
3. Next to that it's flashing blue, but slower than light 2
4. Far left light is off

The modem keeps making a clocking noise. Unfortunately it's in our bedroom, so we have been switching it if when we go to bed, then back on again in the morning.

What are the next steps
