My internet suddenly stopped working yesterday morning.
I contacted TPG help line which was of no help still no interent, said it was my modem which they replaced only about 4 months ago...all the lights on it are on as they should be but still nothing.
Checked the status and there are no outages or planned maintenence in my area.
Can someone please help I need the internet for work...wasted a whole day yesterday!!
