I live in Windsor, Melbourne. My internet connection it has been very slow during this week and today it just doesnt work. I checked on the router and nothing appear to be a problem.
My problem is that I have never had any problem before, and since the day I moved here, I haven't had access to information related to my internet. I'd like to have access to my username and password, but I don't have any clue how to fix it and see which plan We are in (I live in a shared house).
