No access to our 3 mobile accounts on TPG account

We have both a home NBN account with TPG as well as 3 mobile numbers. I am now not able to access the 3 phone accounts on the TPG account menu. It shows all the various plan changes for each number and the final one says "moved to Novus" but has no way to access.


The TPG app only shows the NBN account.


How and where can I log in to see the mobile accounts? I want to change the plan for one of them.

You need to access your mobile account using their own Username or Customer ID number.

This was sent via Email before, but if you can't locate it, then send us a private message with your account details.
