No connection, NBN box clicking with solid blue

Storms in Gold Coast area a couple of days ago, still no internet.

Power and connection lights solid blue with occasional clicking noise and flash of DSL light. Tried powering off, resetting and connecting Ethernet directly to computer - still no luck
