No internet connection

I have received an email saying my nbn connection is active. The modem is plugged in but no internet connection. The nbn box has the uni-d light on. The modem has 2.4g, 5g and WAN lights on

If it's a new service and you haven't received any notification that it is active, then it will not work.

 

We'd like to check the status of the order and see what we can arrange.
