Hi @whiri . Login to Archer and check Bandwidth Control.
Is it Disabled or Enabled?
If Enabled, what values are there?
You can try factory reset. First, check the config in Advanced, Network, EWAN.
Click Modify icon of the Connected interface. Should be ewan_pppoe.
Check that VLAN ID is Not enabled (not used on ultrafast).
Other settings are PPPoE, your username and password.
Default gateway should be same name as the one you are configuring.
