No internet

We changed to Ultrafast internet plan and donwload speed is 0.3mbps! Upload is 31mbps. The connection also drops
every few minutes. Have restarted everything to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hi @whiri . Login to Archer and check Bandwidth Control.

Is it Disabled or Enabled?

If Enabled, what values are there?

 

You can try factory reset. First, check the config in Advanced, Network, EWAN.

Click Modify icon of the Connected interface. Should be ewan_pppoe.

Check that VLAN ID is Not enabled (not used on ultrafast).

Other settings are PPPoE, your username and password.

Default gateway should be same name as the one you are configuring.
