Ordered e-Sim but it hasn’t been sent to my email

I ordered an e-Sim a few days ago and it said that I will get an email with instructions on how to activate the e-Sim once my payment has cleared. I checked my bank account and the amount has been deducted but I still haven’t received an email. I need the e-Sim as my previous Sim has already expired and I have no number to use
