i cant see any mention of service outages... i'm get quite poor performance on the TPG FTTB

I was able to find your account using your Community details and did initial checks on the line. There appears to be no network maintenance in your area nor a fault on the line that can be service affecting. Line speed also shows that it is reaching almost max.
Have you done the speedtest over Wi-Fi connection? If so, is it possible for you to do another over LAN/Ethernet connection?
