Phone number not working

I signed up to TPG on Friday and transferred my number over. How long should this take? As I still can’t call or receive calls. I have 2 numbers listed my primary (which is the number I transferred over) and doesn’t work and a new personal number. But can’t call TPG to get this fixed. Any ideas?

Could you please confirm if you are pertaining to a mobile service? Porting process can usually take from 3hrs-2 working days if there are no issues encountered during the transfer.
