Hello mfoenander66 here just following up on my nbn speed test issue.

can you please escalate and solve my speed problem?

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

We've noticed that the speed test was done via WiFi connection. Have you tried checking the speed via Ethernet/direct connection? We need to make sure if the issue only exists on the WiFi connection or on both.

 

Also, have you tried pressing the reset button on the NBN Box (ARRIS box)? If done, then our Tech team needs to check this further.
