Sim card activation

Hello, i am trying to port my number from a different provider to my new sim card. Every time I try to verify the code they send me to initiate the process, an error comes up saying “Activation attempt failed, please try again”

Could you please confirm if you are porting in a number to TPG? If yes, send us a private message with the customer ID or the mobile number for us to assist with the activation.
