Just a quick question. I received a email regarding the above topic but there is no any solution as how to transfer or nominate the remaining balance.

TPG services are prepaid and each monthly period of service needs is paid in advance.We will automatically debit payment for your next billing cycle 7 days prior to your billing cycle ending.
