TPG bouncing emails from .au domain

Hi. My company has just switched email addresses to the new .au domain, but all emails sent to tpg addresses are bouncing back as undeliverable with the message:

Reported error:

550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to poor reputation of a domain used in message transfer

DSN generated by:

ME2PR01MB6033.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com

Could you please confirm if you are using a TPG email address in sending these emails? What type of mail client are you using?

Hi @Ahra_G 

Email client is Microsoft 365/microsoft server. Address being sent to is my personal @tpg.com.au address.
