There might be a misunderstanding.
Before, we sell both IMAP and POP3 Email only accounts (Independent account), and it is an annual subscription.
We also provide free POP3 email account once the customer signed up with the TPG internet plans (ADSL, NBN, etc.) of our customers.
If you had your email account when you sign up with the TPG internet, then it was given for free. This means that the only service you were paying was the internet service with no additional fee to use the email account.

Your company has made a huge mistake by making these changes. The backlash will be that your Internet customers will exit TPG and find other Internet services. The fact that you haver forced an unwanted change on your client base in a manner that means we do not know what the future costs of email services will be until the 3rd quarter of 2024 is what we are all upset about. Do not be surprsied to see your customer base shrink!
