Hi, im not really sure whats happening but i am unable to get any responses at all from customer service. I have wasted several days now sitting by the computer and just need to upgrade my account. Its not as straight forward as it may seem as I tried to do myself but once i pressed the confirm button it pretty much told me there was an error. Im really unsure but feel that TPG is forcing us to go with another provider

Another user has reported to use this email to change your plan instead of the link in My Account.

Include the same info as you would have in My Account.
