Have you already tried all the LAN ports on the router? Aside from the Foxtel IQ4 and Sony TV, do you have other devices that you may have tried connecting such laptop and/or desktop?
We can try doing a factory reset on the router and see how it goes. Once reset is performed, it should connect and configure automatically to connect back to the internet however if it does not, we can have our Technical team to assist you in doing so.
