I would like to have my alias address the same as my main address eg changer "user5@tpg.com.au"" to "alias@tpg.com.au" Anyone know if this is possible?

Have set up an alias email account with tpg account is xxxx5@tpg.com.au alias is yyyyy@tpg.com.au Have successfully inserted information into outlook 2010 so that I can send and receive mail using the account email address. Can I setup outlook so the emails I send are sent (or appear to be sent) from the alias address?

I have waited at home for 4 hours without the technician showing up to install the nbn in my house. Phoned TPG and they said they could not contact him. Received a phone call from NBN co just now - told them my issue and they hanged up the phone. Not very happy as I have taken the day off work to do this. What happens now?
