My house Wi-Fi is always unstable and even disconnecting everyday!!! What should I do now??? It's' really bothering us a lot when the kids doing the on-line lessons!!! Would you please help us to solve this problem to make sure it won't happen in the future?

I connected to TPG FTTC NBN not too long ago and it had been good initially but in the past 2 or 3 days I've been getting frequent disconnections, sometimes for 15 minutes or so and sometimes for hours. Sometimes it reconnects on its own, and other times the only way I can get it back online is to turn the modem off and on again. This happens several times a day. Any idea what's going on? It's very annoying.

My NBN is not connected to WiFi. Everything been plugged in were not changed. Please reply to me soon. Thanks a lot!!!

I received my pre-ordered NBN modem today with instructions, however I didn't receive an NBN network connection device to complete the installation. How do i get one of these devices or is it also in transit? Username: lisXXXX Thank you
