Hi @BasilDV,   Yes I have and unfortunately, there has been no improvement so I tried out using my Nord vpn as per this forum post (https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Broadband-Internet/Routing-to-AWS-EC2-instances-in-SEA-Singapore-from-Melbourne/td-p/30232) my ping has drastically improved from 250 to 100ms.   So is there any way your team can do something for me to improve my ping? ...
