hi, i have just tested with the other premises it using HFC, i simply connect the router, and it connects with the same account without having to fiddle anything, not even login to the router to change the username to the premises B. so the router works instantly on HFC, but have trouble with FTTP.

so it simple just username and password, and if its not connecting? do you need to do something at your end ? can you tell me what type of NbN if im running huawei HG659? i plan to test it on another premises using that modem (the NBN modem is different, i am guessing it different technology?)

it is running in router mode PPPoE and its not connecting, does the server side need to disconnect for me to switch to new device? also how do you tell if your premises is running which type of NBN technology? i was going to test the modem on another premises running huawei HG659

hi, am trying to connect ASUS RT-AC66U_B1 to NBN50, replacing Netcomm NF7. i tried set VID to 2 from LAN - IPTV - Manual Settings. also try set the profile to TPG aswell but still not connecting, switch back to Netcomm NF7 works wondering do i need to leave disconnect for x amount of time for server to timeout before reconnecting? does username require domain? anyone using similar model can assist? graphical screenshot of your settings would be helpful. thanks

hi, does the username require domain at the end? i just bought the Asus RT-AC66u-B1 to replace tpg's netcomm NF7 which dropout/slow connection. i did the manual settings VID to 2. even try select TPG in the profile. doesn't seem to connect, does it require to be offline for x amount of time to reset at server side?
